Parchment Oxidizer is used as the initial stain in almost
every application of stains as a surface "tension-breaker".
The Parchment essentially starts the reaction and allows other
stains to react to their full potential without dominating them.

Being a neutral tone, it is also quite nice on its own.
Many applicators use this stain over the White Overlay as a method
for creating travertine and other light stone colorings.
Additional Parchment may be added to dilute stains during application.
